if she cant pass gas,have her get on her knees (like she were going to crawl) and point her behind in the air,then have her rock back and forth,this should release trapped air in her stomach and it will pass out .glad i can help.

Level teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in a tumbler of water.
Cheap, effective, but tastes disgusting.
Don;t repeat too often (as with any antacids) as it can affect the bodies acid/alkaline balance.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda in a glass of water mixed up good........

I suffer from IBS and get terrible wind pain. a couple of pickled onions and its gone honestly!
also on the ward I work we give pt`s peppermint water, which also helps a lot

First: make sure the pain is just coming from gas and nothing else. I would call a doctor.
Second: gas could come from many causes, but the most frecuent one is due to food. Check that everything is OK in your daughter's diet.
For home remedie, you may try this one.
Cumin: 10 gr
Fennel: 10 gr
Camomile: 30 gr
With a (soup size) spoonful of this mix for each liter of water you make a herb tea.
Three cups a day. Drink it slowly, sip by sip.

PHILLIPS, MILK OF MAGNESIA. BEWARE OF HOME REMEDIES ON A YOUNG CHILD,THEY COULD BE HARMFUL. TRY CHANGING HER DIET AROUND SOMETHING IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM,AND IT IS FOOD RELATED.
Make a small glass of peppermint cordial and stir a teaspoonful of Bicarbonate of Soda into it.
I'd be reluctant to give a herbal remedy to a child so young.
If she doesn't get any relief, I'd take her to see your GP.
