Trouble speaking and very confused whats thew proble?!
Question: ie have very slurred speech and difficulty walking. kinda like ive been drinking but i haven't because. of it i keep forgetting things. i keep getting random off an on headaches and dosing on and off to sleep. my legs feel very numb
i took some ibuprofen earlier is that what is causing this
will sme pain killers help or anythhg

You need to go to the ER right away. Those symptoms are typical of a serious neurological problem. A very serious matter I might add.
Go to the ER or even call 911. Whatever it is, it's serious. It could be a stroke or something else with the brain.
SEE A DOCTOR!!!
