I get lower back pain after eating my evening meal. Why is that?!

Question: You could have an ileocecal valve problem. It is quite common actually and very over looked by western medicine. Do you also have dark circles under your eyes? The ileocecal valve connects the small intestine to the lower intestine. It seperates the two...if it is open toxic waste flows back to the small intestine and polluted the body. If it is closed and not functioning properly, people get lower back pain, or trouble with diarhea or constipation.
80 percent of disease and illness start in the digestion. Maybe what you are eating, or the combination of foods you are eating are not good for your body. Just a thought.

yeh

you ate to much or you have digestive problems

What do you drink with your meal? Tea bothers my kidneys when I drink too much or too often. Your kidneys are in your lower back area.

i wouldnt think it is the meal you ate. i probably think maybe was the position you were sitting when you were eating. probably u where slouching or whatever. or u have done something during the day like exercies perhaps.

I don't know but I used to get burns on my chest until I started wearing a shirt at the table and slowed down my eating

maybe you need a good B>M

As odd as it sounds it could be heartburn. The pain can radiate to your back. I know it sounds weird but it can happen. Checke with your doc

Well thats odd. Maybe your sitting too long while eating. It might have nothing to do with eating.

Contact a doctor. It would not be possible for anyone to answer that question without examining you. Believe me,your health is most important so dont waste time! See a proffesional ASAP.

hmmmm....let's give it a go...

-GAS
-eating too quickly (but that usually cause heart burn )
-the way you sit when you eat

-just the 'end of the day' and your back is racked out from your entire day and now you feel it because you are winding down and relaxing a bit...maybe it's not related to the meal at all

-does it feel better in any particular position...with heat, with ice??

that's all i got man...

Yes! I can answer this! You know why? After eating your meal, if you lay down anything first that's hurting you then thats the problem don't lay down somewhere after you've eating and have drinked something. If you want to lay down then you have to wait about 30 minutes and if you don't and go ahead and lay down then it'll start hurting. Trust me I've had that problem before.....!
