.Twitching of the muscles are signs of tension of the muscles,but it can also be a twitching nerve. This is often common and nothing to worry about, but if it continues on a regular basis you may want to talk to your doctor about it.
I'm not sure what causes all muscles to twitch but I do know that some medications cause muscles at times to twitch. Anti-depressants can cause that occasionally. I think if your eyelid twitches, it could be stress or tiredness or not sure what else.
you have active nerves all over your body
it could be a delayed movement from earlier. like your brain wants to move ur leg but then u dont, therefor causing the twitch.
