Scared????!

Question: Hi,
I am a 14 year old female, and lately (past 5 months) I have been an incredible amount of pain. I had an MRI done in November of my cervical neck/part of my thoracic spine. They said everything was fine, but it is not. I cannot sit any more without have excruciating pain in my right shoulder. If I tilt my neck down, i get an instant sharp pain in my right shoulder blade area. I barley get sleep at night because I cannot get comfortable. I have alot of weakness, and muscle spasm (constant) in my upper portion of my back. I have numbness under my armpit if I use my right arm. I cannot stand all this pain!! I am going to the doctors next month, but does anyone have any ideas. Please don't say what I should be doing; I have tried everything (heat, massage, ice, physical therapy). I just want to know if anyone had an idea of what it could be. Is it possible the MRI missed it?

Thank-you=)

It could be a pinched nerve. Someone I know had an accident, and a small bone fragment was compressing a nerve. It didn't show up on MRI. Keep looking for the answers with this. You're too young to be living with so much pain.

It's not likely.
