How did this happen?!
Question: This might sound a little silly but a few weeks ago I thought i stepped on broken glass and thought a shard of glas was lodged into some tough skin on my foot. it hurt to walk and i was waiting for my body to natually reject it but it just got worse...
So anyways, today, i got a needle and began to dig arounf the area on my foot, only for a short, thick hair to come out.
It was black and it looked like one of my boyfriends sharp whiskers imbedded in my skin. how did this happen? can hair actually penetrate skin???

that's not impossible, it could happen.
but its a very tiny chance u know.
once i remember a hair penetrated my thumb like a needle, and it was painful, this could cause infection, u should clean it well.
Wait, your boyfriend has WHISKERS? Lol, nvm. I don't think that hair can penetrate skin because it's so thin! How can it possibly penetrate the skin? So, hair can't penetrate the skin.
Wow, that is weird. I wouldnt think hair could penetrate skin, maybe you stepped on the glass, then the hair worked its way into the wound when you stepped on it.
Yes it is very possible. My brother is a barber and my 3 year old niece is around him a lot when he gives someone a hair cut. One day after he finished giving his friend a hair cut my niece started crying saying that her butt hurt and my sister-in-law looked and looked until she found the hair penetrating her skin in her butt cheek. So it is possible and she seemed in a lot of pain.
