Whats the best way to shower with two long leg casts?!

Question: first off, sorry about the fractures. hope they heal well.

while the above technique (garbage bags up past the cast) works, not in your condition. i suggest sponge bathing as it's hard to sit in the shower with both legs out. plus, i know you're non-weightbearing so it'll be tough to maneuver in and out of the shower stall or tub. plus, if you get in the tub, place a crutch across the tub and lay both feet on it, it will bother your back and hip flexors (that technique works with one cast). so sponge bathing is the way to go. hope it gets better for you.

spounge bathe then wash ur hair in the sink

Unfortunately for you showering is out of the question. You will have to use a sponge bath technique and wash your hair in the sink

Lower the shower head to half way down then do a hand stand!

Get two garbage bags and some tape.... pull the garbage bags up over the casts... and tape firmly but not too tight attaching the tape half to the skin and half to the bag... this is a tricky thing to do....I repeat not too tight.... then sit on a chair with a towel over you lower regions to stop direct shower....and be quick.... really to be easier... just go to the sink sit down get a fash washer soap it up... you know the drill.... good luck...
