General multi-vitamin?!

Question: I'm usually in great health, but I've gotten sick more times in the past few months than I have over many years combined. I am thinking maybe a multi-vitamin would help. Does any have any recommendations for a general vitamin?

Also, I'm wondering if because I have been a bit more stressed than usual if this has something to do with it? If so should I put this into consideration when purchasing my MV?

Besides a multivitamin every day some extra vitamin C every day would help as well. 1 or 2 gm of vitamin C every day would be a suitable amount or even much smaller amounts.

Garlic is an excellent immune system booster and taking 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules every day would help a lot. Garlic is both an antibacterial agent and an antimicrobial agent.

St John's Wort is supposed to be good for anxiety and stress.

Just eat Vitamin C because it helps your immune system. No eating MV does not help relieve stress.

see the detail's on http://www.nice-remedies.com

st. john's wort is a natural herb that can help reduce stress.

zinc is one of the things you'll want to add. 70.9 mg is the RDV. don't overdo the vitamin c, your body can only process the RDV of it, the rest you just convert to waste and pee out.

also make sure you are getting enough iron, low iron makes you feel weak.

there's no magical multivitamin. pre-natal vitamins have the most of everything, but can make you sick to your stomach due to the high iron.

just get a generic, multivitamin, and take it every day. diet, exercise, and lots of water... and don't forget to wash your hands all the time!!! (people forget that one!)
