Question: If it really bother you then yes, providing you have the funds to do so because insurance won't cover cosmetic surgery without some kind of injury. If you really don't care about it then anyone else's opinion about it should not matter because ultimately you're the one who has to live with it.
Personally though, I would not have surgery if I thought other's saw it as unique and attractive with it's added character. If it made me really self conscious then why not have the surgery done. I mean, self confidence will only lead you to happiness, so do whatever makes you happiest!

Was this from an injury and broken nose, if so they can probably break it again and fix the bump, they should have anyway.==
I do have a bump on my nose and as a teenager I always said getting a nose job would be the first thing I would do when I finished school and had a full time job.
Now it's 40 yrs later, I still have the bump on my nose and its a non issue for me.
Unless it's from a break or an injury that is affecting your breathing, keep the parts God gave you! We always want to fix things on the outside and really, its the things on the inside we need to be working on!
I know it might make you self conscious,but everytime you go under anesthesia there is a risk you could die.
