Worried, opinions please!?!
Question: At work today I was in a fairly comfortable room it was a little warm but I wasn't hot and out of nowhere I got like a cool feeling sweat that felt like pin needles all over my upper body.. when it happened I was really worried and also it seems like everyday I get a really bad headache (its so bad that when I get up when i'm laying down I feel like my brain is moving) in the right side of my head. Has anyone else experienced this or know what it could be?

I suggest seeing a doctor. You could be having migranes, those can make you sick and give you other strange sensations with them. I don't know about the pins and needles. I used to get a sensation like cold water droplets being sprayed on my legs sometimes when it was really hot out. I never did find out what it was. I don't know if you're feeling the same thing or if it is related to the headaches. If you are worried, you should contact a doctor.

You really need to be seeing a doctor. Headaches on a daily basis is nothing to ignore, and whatever is causing the headaches could also be causing other unusual symptoms in your nervous system.
I have had migraines and tension headaches all of my life, but I have never had the sensation that my brain is moving.
