Why do you get a headache when you cry?!
Question: Yes it can
Crying is very draining. Physically and emotionally. Sometimes when you cry really hard, your body will shake, and there's a ton of pressure that's put on your eyes. So, after a llong enough period of time, yes you can get a bit of a headache. Shouldn't last too long ,but it's pretty normal.
Sorry babe

guys dont make it compicated.... crying takes water out of your body, and the brain need water to stay hydrated... when you cry ALOT your brain gets dehydrated and hurts. most headaches can be removed by drinking a good amount of water.
sinus congestion and pressure builds up and causes pain. Stress also tightens the muscles causing pain.
