I've never felt backed up/stuffed after a dose of imodium, its just stopped the runs as its meant to.

Stick to the directions on the packet, only take it when you really need too and drink lots of water to ensure you dont get backed up!!!!

and of course, if the runs persist or if you have a fever, see your doctor!!!
