If you take vicodin?!
Question: i took it around 3 and around 9 i was really nauseated----would the vicodin cause this so many hrs after? is there a way to prevent this if it is the cause?thank you.

eat somthing just before you take them
Many Many people respond to Vicodin like that!! Their stomach can't handle it.
It can. More likely was something else.Next time take it with food and see if it happens again. If so ask the doctor for something else.
Yeah its likely. No, not much you can do. Eat something kinda safe beforehand like bread so its not dissolving directly against the lining of your stomach...or don't take it.
eat a piece of cheese or something , usually if you take it with food you will be fine.
I took vicodin once for severe sciatica and it was of course a very small dosage. If you are reacting this way, stop taking it and contact your doctor. He can give you something else. However, you may want to try to eat a small snack when you take the pain medication.

Take them with a glass of milk
I take 10/500 hydrocodone 4 times a day and they will make me feel sick to my stomach if I don't take them with a little milk
