Can I get help deciphering a prescription label?!

Question: I didi not get my patient info sheet, but I don't think all the small abbreviations would be explained any way.
It is written :oxycodone w/apap 5/325 ta
Would lik it if a pharmacist or Dr. etc... could explain what this means. Thanks.

5 mg oxycodone (narcotic)
325 mg Tylenol

I take 10/500 hydrocodone
20mg oxycodone everyday for a spine injury

I'm not a doctor or pharmcist but I was a paramedic for many years. I hope this helps. Oxycodone 5 miligram dose with regular asprin(325 miligrams). You did not say how often this is prescirbed, but it might read q bid (2 times a day) or q tid (three times a day) or q qid (four times a day) q = every and then it might say 4 hr, 6 hr, 8 hr etc. This might be followed by prn meaning as needed (for pain).
You can also go to WebMD.com or DiscoveryHealth.com and type the script. They would included all the info you might need, such as indications, contraindications ( why you shouldn't have this), actions, side effects, etc.
Hope something here helps. Good luck!

5 milligrams codeine 325 milligrams acetaminophen per tablet

it is generic Percocet
