Breast pain in right side only. What could it be?!
Question: I have the dr's tomorrow but I can't stop thinking about this so that's why I'm on here, hopefully to put my mind at rest so I can at least sleep tonight!
I have a very hot, very sore right breast. It's too painful even to touch. I normally have pain during my time of the month, but I've never had pain like this before. I've taken pain killers and have a hot water bottle held up against it (although that's not the reason it's hot. It was hot to the touch over the weekend) to see if that helps the pain. I also have a support bra on. The pain is like pressing on a very bad bruise. It's sore to do anything. Anyone any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Since it's hot and painful that would suggest an infection, probably mastitis. Good luck, I'm sure your doctor will help with this problem.
maybe you pulled a muscle... or maybe you got hit and dont really remember...
Sounds like Mastitis.
Have you had a pregnancy lately? The doctor will want to know if you've done a test and what your cycle is like. This pain could be coming from a milk duct (which is where breast cancer forms). It could all pass with the next cycle but if it doesn't you need careful screening.
