Question: A muscle above/near my knee has been twitching constantly since last night. I get muscle twitches often but they usually only last 10-15 seconds maybe. Anyone know why or how I can make it stop? Kinda getting annoying...

Could be electrolyte imbalance-- like low magnesium. Try taking a multivitamin daily. Or eat foods rich in magnesium like nuts, almonds, or bananas. If you drink a lot of coffee/cafeine, try cutting back. Drink more water.

It could also be from stress or lack of sleep.
