Cigarette smokers who really want to quit....?!

I'm a smoker and i have tried everything to quit. the only thing that worked for me and for many,many others is chantix.it's a pill you take while you are still smoking.they say to take it for one week and then quit all together and you will stay on the chantix for 4+ months after.but what i did was take the chantix for 2 weeks while smoking and then stop. i was a pack a day smoker for 22yrs. and in the first week of taking the chantix i cut down with out knowing it by a half a pack sometimes less buy the second week i was down to a few cigs. and when it came time to stop at the end of the second week i was fine not smoking and i didn't have any mood changes like i did with the other things I've tried(i was a monster and wanted to kill everyone on the other stop smoking items out there).so to answer your question doctor oz want help you and there is no reason to watch Oprah in less you want to.if i was you just go to your DR. and get a script for chantix.everyone i talked to who have tried the chantix is still not smoking!!!!!!
