i get that all the time. When you scratch a chalkboard with your nails, the vibrations are painful. since the human body focuses on pain, we often think about it. for example, when you are goin to get a needle all you can think about is the pain u are gonna go through. DONT WORRY its NORMAL

just think of something else. why would you want to think of that? find something else.

I think everyone has this problem...well...probably not as severe as yours. You've probably hear it often or recently, so it stays on your mind.

I honestly don't have anything to say to help you but to think of something else. Talk tou your doctor or research it on google.

Don't worry that is very normal over 75% of the human population does the same thing. Its a simple case of associating a mental image, taste, sound, feeling, etc. When you associate nails scraping on a chalkboard with the weird tingly rubbery feeling every time you thing or hear something like it the feeling will happen.Unfortunately there is only one way to get rid of it.
You will have to associate the nails on a chalkboard into a different feeling and eventuallly you will trick your brain.
