Tingling in left arm every time I move it?!

usually symptoms of heart trouble, poor circulation, or a nerve problem..(could be a pinched nerve in shoulder or back ...maybe related to stress) at any rate try massging the back and especially the neck

hmmm... thats weird just rest for a while ummm do stretchs ask anyone you know and if it's not working then wait till tommorow and if it's still tingling then ask a doctor.

Yes you may have a diseased disc in your spinal cord sending nerve damages up your arm and you should call a doctor my dad just had surgery because of that.

Try moving your arm in all mad positions to move the trapped nerve.
I agree with the other answers, it's probably a trapped nerve. It's probably nothing to do with your heart and overweight, but just because your heart is healthy now, it doesn't mean it will be later in life... get up and exercise, and stop drinking coke!
I'm thinking Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Are you on your computer ALOT?? The same thing happened to me- both arms. I had tests done and that's what it was.
