I have them as well, after many years of going to hospitals becuase of attacks which would make me dizzy and I would vommit, thankfully you don't seem to have that, I went to a specialist who deals with migraines and he precribed me with a nasal spray which you spray once in 1 nostral wehn you feel a migraine will come on. It's call Imagrain Google it and you can read up about how it works and the cost, I can tell you as a migraine sufferer its the best thing ive tried and it works really fast as well. good luck with yours. I just want you to know there is a way to deal with it and it doesn't have to ruin your life im proof.

You need a man to message the pain out of your butt...

Now you are being a pain in MY butt

you're a butt pain

o go to sleep with a headache every night... but sorry i don't hve any advice. over the counter stuff can occasionaly help. i wouldn't depand o that, tho. it's not extremely effective.

Go to a different doctor, you can always get a second opinion. More than likely they will give you something that reduces pain so it wont be a fix unless something else is causing them.

You may want to consider alternative medicine. The pain in your neck area may indicate a problem with your spine or nerves in that area. A pinched or compressed nerve could be causing the problems with your head. Acupuncture may be the answer or you might want to see a Chiropractor.

You need to see a medical practitioner who specializes in headaches/migraines and pain management. The family GP isn't up to the job and should have her/his butt kicked for messing you around. Find a specialist. You deserve a life free of this kind of pain.

"please please please help" ? . how do you think anyone answering your question is going to help you? I had migraines when I was 15, they went away sometime when I was 17.
im 18 now havent had them since.
they will go away.?
or you can see a different doctor and maybe they will give u meds.

it all depends on the actual source of your migraines; if you wake up in the morning and your neck and shoulders are realy stiff/sore then it is probably a vascular constricting problem. If that is the case then I would recomend massaging your neck before you go to sleep, and also try to find a bed/matress/sleeping position that promotes a more aligned spine and as little pressure on/around the arteries and veins in your neck.
As for the pain...if your doctor wants to wait some time before giving you a prescription then you should stay away from otc drugs. What I recomend you do is; when you start to feel the tension building up putting some icy-hot on the back of your neck and on your temples. Be warned, it's going to hurt at first but the initial pain goes away and a soothing sensation will follow. Also take very hot but sub-painful showers with the lights off, this will help you relax and distract you from the pain in your head.

The only other advice that i could give you is to drink a lot of water, and make sure you eat first thing in the morning when you get up as well as a small snack before you go to bed.

Are you a coffee drinker? What foods are in your daily diet? Are you lacking in sodium or potasium(both are crucial to your nervous system)?

pain in the buttttt........best 2 go 2 a "pro. doctor"
