In Pain : (?!

Question: Last night i couldnt fall asleep until 2:00am. Then all of the sudden i started to throw up really bad. I kept throwing up until i didnt have anything else left in my stomach and i started throwing up flem. I was up for several hours. All day ive had this dull pain in my stomach and a headache. The only thing i have eaten is rice. Ive been taking pain killers but they dont seem to help. Are there any foods that would help calm my stomach? Other advice would be appreciated.

If you don't have any other ongoing medical conditions, sip water or sprite (preferably a little flat). If that stays down, try crackers or toast. The headache could just be from lack of food and low blood sugar. If you have medical problems call your doctor. If you don't get at least liquids on your stomach within 24 hours, call your doctor anyway.

Stop eating anything! Try sips of H2O only...give your stomach a rest....eating will only make it worse. If you continue to have vomiting spells...see MD help! as far as your headache ???, use your meds unless they make you vomit more. If all esle fails...go to MD. You could try unsalted crackers or bread...?

If your stomach is burning, take an antacid, like Pepcid or Prilosec. If you can't get those, even some Pepto will help coat it. When your stomach is inflamed and irritated like that, pain killers are only going to irritate it further.

Natural ginger helps calm the stomach. It would be found in the health food / supplements section. If not, ginger ale with REAL ginger if you can find it. Other people swear by flat Coke or Sprite. Whatever you eat, keep it very simple, bland, and preferably no solids for about 24 hours.

Hope you feel better soon!

Call up your Doctor. Tell him/her your problem and need an appointment asap. Ginger Ale may help, but I would suggest you not eat anything other than saltines and Gingerale.

I think you are suffering from acidity, if not your wind movement have reversed.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help.
