Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. It shoud be positioned like a bowl. Make sure the lens is NOT inside out. Then pull your lower eyelid down with your ring finger and place the lens onto your eye.

Once the lens sticks to the eye, you push the lens slightly upward to get it to go a little bit under your upper eyelid. Now, you should be able to pull your finger straight out of your eye and the lens should stay on the eye and not on your finger.

I get my hands wet with either water or the solution, and that usually doesnt make them stick.

You start from the bottom of your eye........than you roll your eye around a bit and then close it reall fast and roll your eue around more.and open and go to the next eye with the same techniqque it works for me surprisingly well!!!

I had the exact same problem at first also! make sure the contact is really wet still from the case...add more solution to it if needed..on the part of the contact that is going to touch your eye...that way the moisture will kind of hold it to your eye while you pull your finger away...good luck...it worked for me.

ive never been able to just tap my eye and put it on like other people. usually when i put them on its this long process. i have to slide it into my eye from the corner, then it makes my eye red. it sucks. i dont wear them all the time so i havent mastered the skill. but you should try it this way, eventually youll get it.

then use eyedrops meant for contacts, so your eyes wont get dry. cause if your eyes get dry when you try to take it off it will feel stuck. keep your eyes moisturized.

make sure ur contact is on the tip of ur finger and not on the face of it. U want the least amount of contact touching ur finger. hold up ur eyelip by putting ur finger on ur eyelashes and pulling them up. GOOD LUCK

Make sure the contacts are moist, but not too wet. Also, make sure you have your eye open very wide. I had trouble when I first got contacts too. The biggest piece of advice I can give you is just don't give up on it. Once you get the hang of it, its as easy as fallin in love. Also, always wash your hands before handling them. Eye infections are not fun, take it from a guy who knows.

This is something that you will perfect with time. Just keep trying. Ive been wearing contacts for 4 years now, and its so simple for me. At the begining yes it was hard. Best advice I can give you is... Tilt your head a little bit down in the mirror but look straight ahead. It makes your eye a little wider so its easier to put it in.

u have to look up, then make sure u handle the contacts gently if u have the daily disposable ones. try to leave a bit of the solution on if u can. it cud be that u feel a bit scared and ur not puttin them on tightly. press gently on ur eye, then look down to get them over ur pupils.

Are they maintaining their shape or turning inside out? You might be using too much or too little pressure. Also, make sure they're moist before putting them in your eye.

I've used 2 week and one-a-day contacts and I don't really think it makes a big difference, though the one-a-days are a bit thinner and, in my opinion, more comfortable.

The best thing you can do is just practice. It's more difficult than it seems in the doctor's office, so it may just take a day or two to figure it out. If you really can't get it, I'd suggest going back to the doctor and making sure the lenses fit properly.

I have contacts too and I had the same problem when I got them. Make sure your finger that your putting the contact in with is wet with saline solution so it doesn't stick to your finger and not your eye. Also make sure the contact has some saline solution on it and is not dry. It worked great for me, so goodluck!

Place the contact lens on the tip of your index or middle finger. With the fingers and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward. Roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, then blink. For all details, information and remedies about contacts check out http://use-contactlens.blogspot.com/
