your best bet is to train yourself to do it. i'm a lot older than you, but when i was your age i had to do the same thing and now i have to get up early for work (as will you someday). honestly, i really just had to use will power to do it. if you can do it just a few days in a row by forcing yourself, you'll get into a routine then you should have no problem.
Set the alarm on the cell phone. That's what I do. I choose a really annoying ring tone, have the volume up loud, and have it on 5 minute snooze so I wake back up before I can get back into deep sleep. Worked for me! Also (and this was an accident) I forgot to reset the cell phone alarm and it went off at 6 am... on my desk 2 floors down from my bed! It was so loud and annoying... I had to get up! Though my mom was NOT happy..... =]
Actually, cats are great at knowing what time it is. If you feed a cat every morning at the same time he will know when he should be fed and will wake you up so you don't forget him. That's more of a long term solution, but it will definitely work.
