How can i fall asleep faster & easier?!


Question: when i try to get myself to sleep, my head constantly ticks, i'm always thinking. when i try to not think.. i end up thinking again.. sometimes not noticing. it takes me usually 30-70 minutes to fall asleep. I don't sleep in the evening, usually in the early mornings of the day etc. past 12am. I'm only 15 and i really want to sleep earlier cause school is coming next month. This is not the first time that i've had trouble.

Well sweetheart first you have to force discipline on yourself and get into a routine. You need to get up early, be very active, and go to bed in time to give yourself at least 8 hours of sleep before you need to get up and ready for school. I have always gone to bed with the bible and read several chapters and then said my prayers and I rarely have trouble sleeping. It's all about routine really and at first it's hard but you can train yourself in this just as you do in academics and sports. You set up a time frame and stick to it. Oh yeah?? Guess what?...... I'm the opposite type of person than you are.... My bad habit is sleep whenever I want... But, I only sleep when I tired. I noticed that you don't like to sleep in the evening. Actually, there are facts that you need to know.. Between 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm is good for us to sleep.. But, not more than half and hour within the period..... Okay, if you find it hard to sleep, you can read you textbook. Do you have any subject that you hate?? If yes, pick it and read the book while lying....I'm sure you will sleep within few minutes... Hope that work..!
