Sharp Back Pains?!
Question: I started having sharp back pains on the left side mid-low and it feels so bad that I usually feel like throwing up and I get big headaches.
It started yesterday
I am physically active
I'm not sure how this occurred
I wore ankle weights yesterday and I never sleep with out a bra

I would say kidney stones I have had several and it starts with lower back pain usually I am fine and all of a sudden back pain that gets worse. It can be VERY painful. Go to the doctor or urgent care they can do a simple urine test to check & get you on some pain medication. Good luck. Also the pain may move to front lower pain. Hope it's not a stone but sounds like one to me
