sometimes soldiers have deformed children due to radiation of bombs. also maybe your mom did something bad while she was pregnant with you. but dont worry about that. you could just get that finger removed. there's other people with worst deformities.

usually extra fingers came with congenital disease called TOF (trilogy of Falot) which is a congenital heart disease, needs surgical intervention to repair the deformity in the heart.
but that not in yr case for sure.
