I pinched my eyeball, have you done this before?!
Question: My eyes were very dry while I tried to take out my contact. I thought I moved my contact, and literally pinched my eyeball with my fingernails. Still cringe everytime I think about that feeling. Has anybody else ever done that? And what have you done about it? Ugh, ugly feeling.

ugh yes! it KILLS. first time i ever put contacts in i did that. i refuse to wear them. luckily i only need my glasses for driving and movies... there's really nothing you can do for it...just let it heal. i don't remember my eye hurting for more than like...a day or two. good luck. put eye drops in to keep bacteria out.
i do it all the time when i'm taking my contacts out. i black out for about three seconds, and then my eye just feels...well...violated. it's really weird and it almost gives me a head ache. just gently rub ur eye w/ur eyelid closed for a few seconds, it'll be ok
