Also can be called Tegretol I took this medication for nerve damage that caused severe muscle spasms but after a few weeks the medication caused me to feel very jittery and raised my liver insimes.So my docter discontinued the medication.With this medication you will need your blood work to check your liver levals for the first few months .My docter said they recently found it works well for nerve damage and muscle spasms and might help my condtion.
