Why are we so tired?!

Question: Me and my partner are exhausted. I have a bad back so to be fair I'm tired all day from the strain but both of us are exhausted in the mornings, we cant get out of bed. We both work hard but somehow we cant seem to shake this off. I could sleep all day and I'm sure he could! We just both want to wake up in the morning and feel refreshed and ready for the day, why cant we do this?

Alright, Im not a P.H.D or anything but this definatly sounds like mononucleosis. Also known as "The kissing disease" - Mono is an airborne viral infection that can cause severe tiredness.. The main cause of this is the strain on kidneys and liver tissues. It enlarges them and causes them to have to work harder to maintain propper function. I would suggest you and your significant other get some blood tests done to check for this and make sure you don't have an iron difficiency. There could be several other reasons your tired, it could be because your work so hard all day. Mono is just the worst case scenario here and I don't want to frighten you but I would urge you to get some blood tests done immediatly.

Have a look at your diet. I am reading a great book called the pH Miracle for Weight Loss.

Basically we eat foods that are acidic, the natural state of our bodies are alkaline. Being overweight or acidic causes tiredness and a host of other problems
Hope that helps

i can,t either.i snore sometimes and that makes me real tired and i dream really real dreams that make me tired

Perhaps an energy multivitamin every day might help. They contain extra B vitamins for energy.
