Should I stay home? I know I asked this before?!
Question: I have a horrible sore throat and stuffy nose. Last night it hurt and so I put Vicks Vapor Rub on my throat and wrapped it in a small towel. All it did was help my nose a little. When I woke up I cleared my throat and it hurt like heck! And now I barely can talk and I get my voice back when I cough but it hurt sooo bad to cough. I almost cried it hurt so much. So now here I am, barely able to speak. I can't even swallow. I also have watery eyes. I have a bad stomache ache as well. It hurts every time I hop (Im on crutches but the bathroom is right across the hall so I just hop there) and I mean REALLY bad.
I don't want to be coughing and being in pain for the whole school day, but I don't want my mom to think Im just faking.

Please stay home get better .Going out is putting more people at risk of getting sick .You sound like you are a good person and care what people think so if you haven't cry ed wolf to many times in the past you mom will understand
yes you should stay at home and. to tell ur mum i suggest umm.... must mums do not belive your faking so i guess she will belive you but if u have faked befor then that might knock ur chances a little sorry i couldn't think of much.
my mom says that she can tell when i'm really sick because i get a certain look in my eye. i've even managed to fake it a couple times by somehow getting that look lol. just get a really sad, tired look in your eyes and tell her you're sick.
You should stay home, eat as much soup ( chicken soup is good ) as you can and drink a lot of water. Bundle up and stay in bed, or bundle up in front of the TV.

Say, 'Mom, I am really sick.' Ask her to take you to the doctor. Take you temp and show it to her. Cough up some phlegm and show it to her.
If all else fails vomit on her.
