Upper stomach pain?!
Question: Ive had this pain mostly in my upper left stomach. It hasnt gone away. Its been like that for about 3 or so hours. I also feel nauseated. The pain is still the same. I am pretty sure its not gas pains.

That doesn't sound good. Maybe get it checked out. Three hours of sustained pain should be checked out by a GP or other medical professional.
gallstones maybe or gas. Have you tried an antacid? It could possibly be heartburn too
it may be gas or maybe you may need to go use #2, because your stomach and gallbladder are on your upper right.
