What is a good routine to fix bad posture?!

Question: I would like a routine of stretches or excercises that will fix bad posture and the pain that comes from it. Something easy to do and without weights. Focusing on the neck area and lower back. I hear good posture can make you appear to have lost weight, too.
Please refer me to one that has worked for you!

Lay on your back with your knees bent and shoulder length apart. Have your arms to your side and push your butt up in the air and hold it for 10 seconds. Repeat! It will hurt if you have bad posture, but it helps!

I use a position called.. Oh I've forgot what it's called.
Sorry about that.
Basically you lay on your front and put your elbow to wrist area on the floor and push up onto your toes for 20 seconds! Hope you understand that!
5ish times a day!

Pilate's, I have scoliosis, kyphosis, rheumatoid arthritis and prolapsed disc, be lost without Pilate's.
