I haven't hit it anywhere and my shoes aren't too tight so whats wrong?

did you stub it and not notice? I would have a doctor look at it could have broken it some how and just aren't aware of it. I would get it x rayed to see what going on and have the doctor just look at it. don't sound right. some thing had to happen to it.
