What is the best way to heal a mild ankle sprain quickly?!


Question: - it's very mild, but it's keeping me from playing tennis and it is taking forever to heal, 2 weeks now and little progress... i'm up and about on it and have to carry a baby once in a while, but i shut down all exercise... i wrap it some, and ice it some, but not enough... should i take advil? will that actually help the healing process? it seems like one step up and two steps back...

Well whenever i get ankle injuries from wrestling i usually ice it 20 minutes every hour and keep it elevated. You should stay off your ankle and keep it tape. It should heal soon as long as you stay off it.
