My energy!?!


Question: well i was doing karate and i really worked on alot of kickings etc. then i sweat, so then later on i got really tired and was out of energy, my eyes felt like they wanted to go to sleep and my body was almost knocked out, but my question is how can i prevent this? and i think the reason i almost knocked out was b'cuz i dont eat that much during the day, so maybe i knock out more.

You are right. Probably is low blood sugar.
