Fuzzy mouth syndrome....?!

Question: As much as I brush my teeth before going to bed, I always find that by the morning I get what I call fuzzy mouth syndrome.
It feels like I have been grooming a dog with my tongue...
I know im not the only one so can I have your views and opinions and maybe some advice on improving my situation for the future???
And no I dont suffer from halitosis its just the morning syndrome....

LOL............ i think we all get morning breath (as i call it)... the reason i get it is because i sleep with my mouth open.
Theres not alot you can do but to have good dental hygiene both morning and night. A good mouthwash in the morning works wonders.

Im the same when i wake in the morning. I always thought it's because id been sleeping with my mouth open.

Most likely dehydration. Keep a glass of water at your bedside.

Could be caused by dehydration; try to drink plenty of water during the day and maybe keep a glass at your bedside. Also, keep up with good dental hygeine practices (brushing your teeth before bed etc.) and if you haven't already try using a mouthwash...I'm not sure if it'll help but it's worth a try!

There is nothing you can do about this. Its mainly caused by the millions of bacteria living in your mouth which multipy when your mouth is inactive as you sleep. Brush your teeth and tongue then use a good mouthwash before sleeping can help as can flossing as little bits of food stuck in there will start to be broken down over night causing a right royal stink!
