Could my hip pains from the past 2-3 years be caused by spina bifida occulta?!

Question: I have been seeing a doctor for about 2 years about pain in my hips. It feels tight when I walk and my thighs cramp when I sit down too long as if I have growing pains. Earlier in life, I had visited my doctor several times a year with urinary tract infections . I still have urinary tract infections and burning.
When I went to an orthopedic doctor about my hip pain he did x-rays and mri's and found nothing--except for the spina bifida occulta. He said it's nothing and doesn't affect young people and usually doesn't show symptoms at all.
I'm 17. My mom looked up some symptoms online and it showed several things I have problems with including the urinary tract infections.. along with, bed wetting into pre-teens, back pain, hip pain, and more.
I want to know if anyone else has had problems from SBO and if there is something to do about certain problems.

I just looked it up and it says nothing outside of nerve impingement like sciatica, pain traveling down the legs.

Then bladder and bowel function, but not UTI, or hip pain. Good Luck

I think your pelvis could be out of alingment ..That could be put right...Friend of mine had very bad back pain and it turned out to be his pelvis and not the back even though the pains were in his lower back.. Do you get much exercise.. Try yoga .. Lack of exercise and sitting on your butt too long combined with bad posture can lead to hip probs..
