the best way seems mad but it is to stretch the muscles out. for the back of the thighs, sit on the ground with both knees up like you are going to do sit ups but insted straighten one leg upwards trying to keep your knee in the same place as the other one. try and hold onto your foot while keeping the knee straight. hold it for a while then do the same on the other leg. you can also try putting your head on your knee while you are doing this although that may be too painful. then make a special effort to warm up when you do the next lot of air alert.
personal, i still work out with pulled muscles,
but if it hurts so bad, then work out for a litlle
while and then quit and ice it, or if it hurts REALLY
bad then just sit out and work hard in your next classes
