Stuffy nose but no cold?!
Question: I live in nyc, the temperature is 30 or so here. When im out for just 10-20 minutes in the cold , the next day i get a stuffy nose but no cold . My nostrals get clogged and it runs alittle . It goes away in a day or 2. I am bundled up and my face is covered. Is it because im breathing in the cold air? Does the cold iritate the nasal pasages to that point, really that bad?

It's your body's way of warming up and moisturizing your nasal passages. The cold dry air causes that.

yes cold can irritate your nose if you have a sensitive nose.. It usually starts with a ticklish feeling inside.. You might also check for some viral or bacterial infection.. It may not be harmful.. Or it could be sinus.. does ur head pain??
