!!need a help!!!?!

Question: ok this last week i clean my backyard ,suddenly i step on a mud and take a fell with my back first when i stand up i can"t breath
and my back aches i didn"t consult it on a doctor taught nothing would happen this monday i started feel my back when i walks it hurts bad or run jump it hurts need an advice.....

I think you have a few choices, either go to your regular MD, go to an orthopedic Dr. or go to a chiropractor. The doctors might send you to a physical therapist. I usually go to a chiropractor when I have back problems. Good luck.
