How can i improve my posture?!


Question: I slouch my shoudlers abit and it is one cause in a shoulder injury ( burtitis/ rotor cuff ) i have now . I got it after working, doing repetitive job gluing folders in a swideways motion al day , six days a week. Others got the same problem but after years not months like me..

It is possible that due to your posture you may have been more prone to shoulder injuries than other people.
