Could my dizziness be related to my back injury?!

Question: In june i was in a car accident and ended up with a collapsed disc. aside from other symptoms i have, can i newly devolpe dizziness? It just start about 2 weeks ago. I am havign a spinal fusion in the nest 2-3 months. Not pregnant, not diabetic. No other health problems other than could stand to loose 20lbs
Can it start happening even after this time?

yes. you could have a pinched nerve. I would go see a doctor asap
