What are the best stress relievers?!


Question: Dancing , any exercises. Or sometimes just to sleep. I think I need to sleep myself. I'm really tired. Lets take a nap shall we!

yoga and herbal tea.

SLEEP!

1)Exercise
2) Make bread from scratch ( that's what I used to do)
3) Clean house ( preferably some cleaning activity that has some scrubbing)
4) Go for a walk
5) Call a friend

First, ask your self "Why am I stressed?" If you know the cause of your stress, then you can find safe ways to relief!!!

Take a break! Vacation time.

Cope with mental stress and anguish using meditation or prayer.

Work off your frustrations in a gym: Yoga, kickboxing, aerobics, swimming, etc.

Get back to nature. Take a hike. Walk in the rain. Breathe the fresh air.

Too freaked out to move? Ask your doctor to prescribe anti-anxiety medication.

The best possible way to combat stress issues is to excercise and getting proper nutrition. Excercise gets oxygenated blood flowing into vital organs. The immune system benefits greatly as well as it strengthens to fight off common illnesses...including daily stress.

Make LOVE! Oh, and be sure to have a few orgasms.

start by taking some deep, controlled breaths. this will slow the heart rate and will begin to slow down your brain wavelengths from a High-Beta wave to a more desirable Theta wavelength. this brain pattern mimics the pattern found in deep sleep. after this is accomplished i find that stretching/yoga, pleasant thoughts, peaceful music, cup of chamomile tea, or something of the likes will do just fine.

meditation, you time, movies, good meals, massage, spa days, spending time with animals, list goes on and on
