Dizziness feeling?!

Question: I went to Ireland last weekend, the flight there was very turbulent but I felt fine all weekend, but, since flying back Monday night I have had a strange dizzy feeling in my head and feeling unsteady when walking. Anyone any ideas what could be causing this?

probably its just the flight.

the mechanisms your body to balance is in your ears and with the difference in pressure from flying that probably messed it up.

i hate flying, my ears never pop and i can get nauseas easily.

If this does not go away in a few days then go see your doctor. You could have messed up your equilibrium and could have gotten vertigo.

Maybe it was the flight. However it could be vertigo or meneres disease. (yes I know Ive probably spelt it wrong) If your symptoms persist go and see your G.P. It may be that you have the similar thing that I had that is going around. I was really poorly Tuesday night. It came on all of a sudden and made me feel all nauseous. It was so bad that I couldnt lie on my left side because of feeling dizzy and sick. I struggled upto bed at 8.30pm and woke 11 hours later feeling only a tiny bit better. Im ok today. If you can lie down on the bed and put your leg out of bed and your foot on the floor that should stop the dizzyness and the rest should ease your body. Are you under any stress? That can cause dizzyness also.
