Sudden upper chest/back pain!?!
Question: I just spent an hour or so writing an essay for a class and when I was through, I started to feel pain in my upper chest and back. I went to go lay down for a minute and the pain got worse.
It doesn't feel acidic or heart-related at all.
I do have bad posture sometimes, but I don't see how that would do it. What could have caused it?

Hey, is your name Heath Ledger?!!
OK, just kidding. Likely, this is just muscle pain. Pain the chest are is very hard to pin down and feels like it's everywhere.
Try 2-3 Ibuprophin and get a massage from a friend. If you are dizzy, feel spreading pain or get palpatations, see a doctor right away.
