Stay away from the hot bath/shower! Your body temp is already high & a hot shower/bath will cause your temp to rise. This will cause you to feel worse, lightheaded, dizzy, passout, heatstroke, or worse.

Drink lots of fluids, take Tylenol or Ibuprophen(Motirn) -make sure to follow the directions.(Overdosing is easier than you think) Take a lukewarm bath/shower if you feel like you need to.
If you don't feel better in 2-3 days go see a doctor.
