Debacterol (from your dentist) is the best. It's a cauterizing agent and hurts like hell for about 5 seconds, then all is well. Clears up within a day, and the pain stops almost instantly.

It usually takes about a week. Try ambasol to put on it or another canker sore med. Also baking soda and water helps it go away but it hurts to apply. Good luck!!!
