Fell off skateboard....sore leg?!
Question: i fell off my skateboard yesterday
and i got this sortof cement burn on my leg
its quite sore
anything i can do

ouch put ice on for atleast a half AN HOUR because thats bad.
Put some Polysporin on it and yes it will sting and definitely some ice too.
clean it making sure there are no foreign cement pieces or what not in it. Then apply some neosporin or bactricin (spelling? sorry!). Then you should cover it so nothing else gets in it- or scrapes against it.
It will heal! Just be sure it doesn't get infected.
Doesn't look to bad.Just have mommy kiss it and all is well...
