It is the generic name for Vytorin. This medication is used to treat osteoarthritis,rheumoatoid arthritis and other arthritic conditions. Did you tell your doctor that you are suffering a lot of pain?
This has side effects and is not intended for long term use. I've been on this, and chose 600mg of Ibuprophen (Tylenol) it has fewer side effects and is just as effective.
Diclofenate is an NSAID in the same family as ibuprofen (motrin, advil), and naproxen (aleve). It is at a prescription dose.
