Pain under my foot.?!
Question: i have this pain, towards the outside of my foot. it only hurts when i walk, not when i run. I've seen other people with the same question, but the answer was horrible. I have a pain in the arch of my foot. I dont want to see a doctor about it. I've seen so many doctors cause im always getting injured. any advice and help?

I know how you feel about the doctors thing. This is happening to me right now with my ankle and I don't know what to do... But if I were you I would get shoe inserts and see if they help. Or wear tighter/looser shoes if they are too tight or loose (I hope that made sense) lol. Hope I help!
Don't be afraid of the Dr. - see a podiatrist and get a real answer instead of worrying about what the problem might be. If you need orthotics (shoe inserts) it's best to get them professionaly made - your insurance should cover the expense.
